This spring and summer, our team at Rademon Estate Distillery quietly crafted a special new expression of Shortcross Gin.
Created in partnership with Historic Royal Palaces, Shortcross Hillsborough Castle Royal Botanical Gin brings together botanicals from two remarkable County Down estates.
Rose petals from the Queen Elizabeth II Granville Rose Garden, alongside apples and pears handpicked from the gardens of Hillsborough Castle, are complemented by botanicals freshly foraged at our home on Rademon Estate.
The result is a gin that celebrates the gardens, heritage and craftsmanship behind this collaboration.
