Elderflower Negroni- 200ml – ABV 27
Shortcross gin, vermouth, campari, elderflower tea.
A twist on a traditional negroni – the elderflower tea brings a subtle sweetness and delicate floral aroma.
Modern Martinez- 200ml – ABV 30
Shortcross gin, vermouth, maraschino liqueur, curaco.
The martinez is as elegant as the martini and has enough character to stand alone. This modern twist on the classic martinez uses gin and is a complex, aromatic and dry serve, the citrus orange notes shine through.
Gin Old Fashioned- 200ml -ABV 30
Shortcross gin, sugar syrup, bitters.
A twist on a classic whiskey cocktail. This serve is deliciously rich and definitely one to sip!
Bramble- 200 ml – ABV 21
Shortcross gin, crème de mure, lemon juice, sugar syrup.
Rich berry notes combine with our gin to create one of our most popular serves here at the distillery.
Classic Aviation- 200ml – ABV 29
Shortcross gin , Crème de violette, maraschino liqueur lemon juice. Floral and citrus, if you love parma violet sweets then this is certainly for you!
