Ingredients
- 35ml - Rosie's Garden Gin
- 15ml - Lemon Juice
- 15ml - Sugar Syrup
- 50ml - Prosecco
- 5 - Raspberries
Method
- Add gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup & raspberries to a shaker and shake hard over ice
- Strain the ingredients into a chilled champagne flute and top with prosecco
- Garnish with lemon twist
