1. CANCELLATION AND COVID -19 POLICY

UPDATE – The Legally Acceptable Proof of Covid Status – all guests to the distillery will be required to provide one of the following.

• Proof of Vaccination
– Certification in paper form (travel / domestic vaccine certificate or blue vaccine card issued
at time of vaccination) that the person has completed a course of doses of an authorised
vaccine with the final dose having been received at least 14 days before the relevant time accompanied with photographic ID.

– Certification in electronic form (travel / domestic vaccine certificate apps) that the person
has completed a course of doses of an authorised vaccine with the final dose having been
received at least 14 days before the relevant time- with photographic ID.

• Negative Lateral Test
– Certification by text or email through the NHS Covid-19 reporting app of a negative result
of a lateral flow device test taken within 48 hours before the relevant time- accompanied
with photographic ID, or
– On-site negative lateral flow device test, taken within 48 hours before the relevant time

• Previous Positive Result
– A valid notification of a positive result of a polymerase chain reaction test taken no earlier
than 30 days, and no later than 180 days, before the relevant time- accompanied with
photographic ID

• Participation in a Clinical Trial
– Confirmation in writing of their participation (current or past) in a clinical trial for vaccination
against coronavirus from the organiser of that trial- accompanied with photographic ID

• Medical Exemption
– Evidence provided through the Northern Ireland Covid Certification process for medical
exemption accompanied with photographic ID; or
– An equivalent process in the persons place of residence of a clinical reason for not being
vaccinated with any authorised vaccine- accompanied with photographic ID.

2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
IF YOU HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR EXPERIENCE FOR WHATEVER REASON, WE WILL EITHER:
Provide a refund (minus booking fee per person) provided that you cancel more than 14 days before the experience/tour date:
OR
Move your booking to a date in the future (within six months of your initial experience date) provided we have more than 14 days notice.
or depending on which experience you have booked.
  1. Discovery experience – we will send your  personalised Shortcross Classic Gin per person and a £5.00 voucher for our distillery shop. (UK shipping only)
  2. Tasting experience – send you a 5cl Shortcross Classic Gin, Shortcross glass per person and a £5.00 voucher for our distillery shop. (UK shipping only)
IF WE HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR EXPERIENCE DUE TO COVID – 19, WE WILL EITHER:
A. Move your booking to a date in the next six months that is convenient for you
or depending on which experience you have booked.

  2. Tasting experience – send you a 5cl Shortcross Classic Gin, Shortcross glass per person and a £5.00 voucher for our distillery shop. (UK shipping only)
 
IF A PRIVATE EXPERIENCE IS CANCELLED FOR WHATEVER REASON, WE WILL EITHER:
 Refund any monies paid if the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the experience date and move your experience to a date in the future (within six months of your initial tour date);
or depending on which experience you have booked.

 TERMS AND CONDITIONS 
Rademon Estate Distillery is a licensed venue, children under 18 will need to vacate the premises by 9pm, this is in keeping with The Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996. Our fully licensed bar is open, stocking local craft beer, spirits and ciders.
  • Participants must be over 18 years of age to participate on Rademon Estate Distillery Tours and experiences .
  • This is a working distillery. The tour/experience path will go through several areas, both indoor and outdoor with different temperatures, smells, lighting etc. If you are sensitive to these factors, please let your guide know
  • Experiences may require guests to stand/walk for some periods and walking outdoors at various points. If you require any special assistance, please inform us prior to arrival if possible or your guide on the day.
  • The  path may have modifications to accommodate maintenance or other unforeseen circumstances
Shortcross Vouchers  are valid for 12 months. Please see our Cancellation policy for information regarding once you have activated your Voucher, i.e selected a tour date and booked.
  • All sales are final.
  • The tour and experience voucher cannot be redeemed in the distillery shop.
  • The monetary value of a tour and experience voucher is £0.001
  • All mobile and electronic devices including cameras must be switched off for the duration when entering the distillery..
  • Parking is Free onsite – however, we are unable to facilitate overnight parking
  • As we are located in a private, working estate, we kindly ask that you respect our neighbours wishes (and their privacy) by not exploring the grounds and gardens surrounding the distillery.
  • No pets allowed on premises or the Rademon Estate.,
  • Video or audio recording are not permitted.
  • Smoking or e-cigarettes are not permitted on site except in designated areas
  • No eating or drinking allowed when inside the distillery
  • Some luggage items may be subject to a security check
  • Large bags and rucksacks are not permitted inside the distillery.
  • All guests will be required to wear a mask inside the distillery and sanitise hands on arrival.
