This recipe was designed to extract the natural flavours within Rosie’s Garden Gin.

Ingredients
- 50ml - Shortcross Rosie's Garden Gin
- 10ml Elderflower liqueur
- 25ml - Freshly squeezed Lemon
- 15ml - Camomile infused runny honey
- 2 Dashes Grapefruit Bitters
- Lavender garnish
Method
- Combine all ingredients together in a Boston shaker. Add ice and shake.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass and serve.
- Garnish with lavender
