Ingredients
- 50ml - Shortcross Classic Gin
- 20ml - Elderflower Liqueur
- 30ml - Lemon Juice
- Dash of Sugar Syrup
- Top up with Soda/Sparkling water
- Fresh Mint Sprig
Method
- Combine Shortcross, Elderflower, Lemon Juice and Sugar Syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice & shake until well chilled
- Half fill a tall glass with ice and pour in cocktail mixture
- Top up with Soda Water or sparkling water and stir gently
- Garnish with a sprig of mint
