Shortcross Distillery Exclusive Irish Whiskey – Limited Release

This carefully crafted release of Shortcross Distillery Exclusive Irish Whiskey has been proudly distilled, casked and matured at Rademon Estate Distillery in County Down.

This unique expression for Belfast Whiskey Week 2023 is a marriage of our Single Pot Still and Single Malt Shortcross Irish Whiskies.

Matured solely in ex-bourbon barrels for a minimum of five years before being carefully blended together by head distiller David Boyd-Armstrong.

Sweet malt combines with pot still spice to create a characteristically rich and decadent release of Shortcross Irish Whiskey.

Nose: Rich toffee and orchard fruits, reminiscent of caramelised toffee apples.
Palate: Milk chocolate and sweet cereal notes lead from the malt, over time these open up to reveal fresh hints of green apple.
