Following the launch of our inaugural Shortcross Single Malt Irish Whiskey, awarded best New Irish Whiskey at The Irish Whiskey Awards. The Shortcross team at Rademon Estate Distillery are proud to announce our second ever whiskey release.
Shortcross Rye & Malt Irish Whiskey
Double distilled on our copper pot stills, including one of the smallest whiskey stills on the island of Ireland. The Shortcross Rye & Malt Irish whiskey has been proudly distilled, matured and bottled at our distillery in County Down.
This carefully crafted edition has been created with a unique mash bill of 100% Irish malted rye and malted barley. Aged in a unique combination of virgin chinkapin oak and ex-bourbon barrels.

We are proud that Shortcross Whiskey is wholly distilled at Rademon Estate Distillery, our whiskey is made here, not elsewhere.
