Rosie’s at First Sight
With spring around the corner, what could be more delicious than this Rosie’s Garden Gin cocktail:
Ingredients
- 35ml - Shortcross Rosie's Garden Gin
- 25ml - Lemon Juice
- 15ml - Sugar Syrup
- ½ - Egg White
Method
- Combine all ingredients together in a Boston shaker and dry shake
- Add ice and shake again before straining into a chilled rocks glass
- Garnish with a lemon twist
